Cynthia Van der Linden, the Dutch-speaking ombudswoman, and Jean-Marc Jeanfils, the French-speaking ombudsman, were appointed by Royal Decree. Their 5 year mandate is renewable.

The ombudsman service team handles complaints about railway companies (and their subsidiaries) operating within Belgian territory, as well as complaints about the infrastructure manager. You can also contact us for complaints about an international journey.
